I found in a marriage index the marriage of David Emery to Elizabeth Kelsey
on 27 Dec 1831 in Surry Co. Va.  Is there anyone who knows something about
this  couple and any family they had?

The family story was that Elizabeth [ b) 1805 in Va., county unknown] was
married to an Emery/Emory first and that her children took the Blankenship
name when she married Elisha Blankenship [ b)1800 in Va., county unknown]
according to the 1850 census of Franklin Co. Mo.    Marriage documentation
between Elisha and Elizabeth has not been located.  Any help finding the
marriage between Elisha and Elizabeth would be appreciated.
