Hi - the Virginia Historical Inventory has entries for McKinney/McKenney.
There is a write up for a W.A. Mckenney home, but it's located in Sussex.
The URL is http://eagle.vsla.edu/vhi
Do a keyword search on McKinney first (a keyword search on McKenney brings
up lots of hits, but most are for a town by that name in Dinwiddie). Also
try searching on Westmoreland.
There is an entry for Neel.
A search for "craig county huffman" gave 22 hits (including a Huffman
cemetery).
I didn't see a Napkins Branch as a keyword, but, Beverly, you might want to
do a general keyword search on Sussex and check some of the entries.
There are photographs of many Neel family members in the Tazewell County
Public Library photograph collection - http://eagle.vsla.edu/tazewell
including the Corvin family - in fact, I got 72 hits from my keyword search
for "Neel." Also, try a keyword search combining "neel" and "peery" - I got
several hits.
But - paydirt! There is a 1917 photograph of John Allen Neal and Mary
Elizabeth Ann Kirk - in the description, it states that John was the son of
James Peery Neal and Delilah Kirk plus info about his civil war service.
And, after doing a search for Nancy and Peery, I found a picture of James
Peery Neal and Delilah Kirk that describes Delilah's grandparents.
Hint: this is a tremendous database with LOTS of family information
associated with the thousands of pictures of Tazewell people.
Elizabeth
