I am seeking information on Sallie (Sally) Elizabeth Goins (Goings?)
Browley, her husband, Price Browley, or any of their children (Frances
Tanner, Mary Good, Charlie, Ella, Sadie (Sudry), Sam, and Robert).  All
resided in Bedford County, Central District, based on the June 1900
census.  Sallie Browley's mother's name was Fannie (Fanny) Goins Wright.

Trying to go back as far as I possibly can but this is difficult for me to
do - mostly due to their ethnicity and the emancipation of slaves.  They
may be listed as negro, colored, mulatto, or other (Indian descent).

I appreciate any assistance given.
