This record should settle a few questions about Henry Floyd. I notice
that although it was noted that he died instantly (after being shot
on the night of Oct,17,1936) his date of death is officially Oct.18,
1936, no doubt after being examined by a physician (Dr.Farley of
Delbarton, Mingo Co.WV.) and officially pronounced dead.
