Joyce, my guess is that most of us are still here . . . . we're all
'lurking' hoping to find something interesting. And the more we lurk, the
less we answer. I know I'm guilty.

So, here's one of my brick walls . . . . . what was the maiden name of the
Elizabeth/Mary (both names used in various official records) who married Eli
Tutwiler, (b. 23 Jun 1816) prior to 1839 (first son born in 1839). Eli was
the son of Henry Tutwiler, Sr., b. 10 Oct 1768 in Fluvanna County.

Some records/reports have indicated that she was, in fact Sarah (Sally)
Blankenship, who married Oliver Blankenship after Eli's death in 1848.
Elizabeth/Mary/Sarah??

Geez, what a mess.
