Does anyone know if it is possible to view the Virginia Historical
Markers, those silver and black signs along the highway, online?
I know that a book containing these signs can be purchased but I
would like to view them online.

If no site exists, what would be required to initiate such a site
and let users submit photos of the signs to be posted on the site?
