Hi Doug!

This is Kathy -- we've corresponded in the past -- I own Westview, built in Charlotte County by John Elam in 1832. I've got the case -- what are your questions? By the way, she was Ann Eliza (a family name).

Do we have any Elam researchers on here? I am transcribing an 1860 Chancery
file for Ann Elizabeth Elam of Charlotte County and would appreciate some
help on a few words. I can send you my transcription effort and the
downloaded pdf that I am working on or you can download it from LVA
website--Chancery file for Charlotte County, Elam, 1860-052.
Appreciate any help offered.
