Hi there!  Thank you so much for the feedback about visiting our facility.  It's 
really good for us to know how we can make your experiences here better and more 
fulfilling.

I'd also like to offer my services.  I'm the Programs Coordinator for the 
library.  Please reach out to me and I can set up any a number of tours or 
meetings for you and/or your group.  This includes guided tours of our current 
exhibitions, a quick orientation to our research facilities, or even possible 
appointments to speak with any number of the many subject matter experts we have 
in the building.

I ask that you give us a minimum of 2-3 weeks notice for most programs.  Even if 
you can't give 2 weeks notice, let me know you're coming and we'll see what we 
can work out for you!
