Dear Records Officers,

I would like to invite you to a stakeholders meeting regarding standards for the use of digital signatures and digitally certified government records for executive branch agencies on October 12 from 10am - 12pm.

Pursuant to §2.2-3818<https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title2.2/chapter38.2/section2.2-3817/>, the Secretary of the Commonwealth and VITA are developing standards for the use of digital signatures and digitally certified government records for executive branch agencies.
