I received your post this morning and realized I do not have a sign posted in the designated records area. However, I like this idea and will look forward to a response regarding a decision.

I believe I like the “Authorized Personnel” limited entry.

Is there a Virginia Code or other legal statute that addressing specific postings that should be on a records room door? Should the posting identify the names of the people that should have access to the records room? Or can it just say....Authorized personnel only.
