You might want to check with Goodwill Industries in Richmond (Midlothian Turnpike).  They had a large shredder and recycle shredded paper.  They might take it for the paper value and you would get it shredded in the process.  Any recycling process would include shredding.

Hello Wise Ones,

I am wondering if anyone has a good source for recycling large volume of records that have reached their disposition date and do not need to be confidentially destroyed.

Thank you!
