Good afternoon, everyone.
I have a question regarding where records maintained by our Student Disabilities Services would fall.
This office keeps copies of the student’s original documentation of disability, demographic forms, summary of services provided by Thomas Nelson CC, and case notes regarding each meeting with the student.
In looking over Schedule 111, I could not find any specific category addressing this. However, I did find 101066 (Academic Counseling: Student History Files) and 101189 (Student Heath: Patient Medical Records). Can you help me differentiate which schedule
these records would fall under?
Being a community college, we don’t have a student health department. If anyone has any suggestion or recommendation for me, please let me know.
