I will say this much Bill, you are a hearty soul trying to tackle the Brown families [plural] of Culpeper County. It's one of the most messed up published genealogies I have ever encountered. Good luck to you on it! Tell us more about the YDNA study and the Essex County origins. That's good news!

DNA testing and conventional research certainly imply that all of the Daniel Browns in that immediate area were related (DNA "Group 10").
