City of Hopewell (Hopewell Police Department) uses Unity Business Solutions' Laserfiche product for storage and retrieval only. We store images to facilitate the destruction of hardcopies. We do not use many of the functionalities of the software. We enter info by case number. Buy the good ($1000) scanner to make entry easy. Record scanning is an intern/light duty officer task in our Records Department.

Good morning!

Our town is currently looking at Laserfiche as an option for our records management. If your organization is already using Laserfiche, could you please respond with a short comment about how well it works for you, what you like most/least, what other uses you've found for Laserfiche in your organization, and whether you'd recommend the program?

Thank you,

Dallin Kimble
