The Records Oversight Committee (ROC) meets six times a year at the Library of Virginia in order to discuss and vote on proposed changes to both General and Specific records
retention and disposition schedules. In addition to the State Archivist and Director of Archives, Records, & Collection Services, the committee consists of staff from State and Local Records, Archives & Library Reference Services, and the Records Analysis
Section.
This year ROC will meet at 9 AM
at the Library of Virginia on the following Thursdays:
February 13
April 10
June 12
August 21
October 9
December 11

You’re welcome to attend any meeting at which a schedule affecting your agency/locality is presented.
