From a user standpoint, I am very satisfied with sysmantec. The searchability is outstanding time saver. Occasional loss of message appears due to exceeding size limits on outlook folders. Anything of major importance may be good idea to back up to shared drive.

Due to limitations of Exchange’s archiving capabilities and the need to offload emails and attachments from our email servers, my organization is in the process of acquiring Enterprise Vault software from Symantec to archive emails.
