Mike, there were many explorations of the New England, Mid-Atlantic, and South coasts before the English settlement at Jamestown in 1607, by many different nations. Whether or not any of those who arrived at Jamestown on the Godspeed, the Susan Constant, and the Discovery were among those earlier explorers I don't know, but the connection would have to be made before assuming the two men named "TUCKER" were the same man. Is there any way to trace the unknown TUCKER of Tucker's Terror to determine his given or Christian name?
