The Virginia Public Records Management Manual (VPRMM) has
been revised and is available at http://www.lva.virginia.gov/agencies/records/manuals/vprmm.pdf.
This manual supersedes the previous version published in October 2010.
In addition to a newly expanded table of contents, chapters
11, 12, and 13 have been updated to reflect the implementation of Infolinx and
the introduction of the ARC-1, ARC-2, and ARC-3 forms for permanent record
transfers. Minor revisions have also been made to chapter 8.
All Records Officers are strongly encouraged to read and
familiarize themselves with the VPRMM.
