We will begin issuing user ids to agency Records Officers
and SRC customers on Monday, September 19. User ids will ONLY be issued to
individuals with an active Records Officer Designation and Responsibilities
(RM-25 Form) on file. The RM-25 Form is available online at www.lva.virginia.gov/agencies/records/forms.asp.
