Good morning,

 

Many of you are in the process of designating additional Records
Officers or coordinators in order to grant those individuals access to
Infolinx. When submitting the RM-25 Form for a new RO, line 12 asking
for the Records Officers signature, must be signed by the person being
DESIGNATED on the form. If you are an existing RO in your agency, you
will NOT sign the form.

 

The Records Officer Designation and Responsibilities (RM-25 Form) is
available at www.lva.virginia.gov/agencies/records/forms.asp.
