<br clear="all">Question regarding the destruction of criminal and non-criminal records.  Being these have different life spans -- 75 and 10 years, respectively -- what is the recommended destruction timeline?  Are they destroyed at the end of the calendar year or are they destroyed the month following the offense?<br>
