Old Dominion University will be recruiting for a full-time records manager position in the next few months. I am in the process of writing a position description for the position and would appreciate it if any of you would be willing to share position
descriptions from your organizations. I am particularly interested in hearing whether the records manager at your organization is a contract, at-will employee or a state classified position, and to whom the position reports in your organizational structure.
We want to ensure that we align our new position appropriately at the University, especially with electronic records being such an important issue.
