With members from across the state, you will occasionally see a topic that does not apply to your agency. When this happens, please delete the e-mail without responding.

Every listserv has an e-mail address. The e-mail address for VA-ROL is [log in to unmask]. The listserv program keeps a list of subscribers and any mail sent to the listserv's e-mail address by any subscriber is forwarded to all other subscribers. When you “Reply” to an e-mail through VA-ROL, your message will be sent to the entire list. To facilitate privates replies, members should include their name and e-mail address in all message sent to the listserv. To privately reply to a message, forward the message to the intended recipient.

If you would like to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time by following the directions at the bottom of any e-mail you receive from the list. Keep in mind, if you unsubscribe you will no longer receive updates from the Library of Virginia.
