I spent the better part of a year reading through all of the Chesterfield
Co. will, deed, and order books page by page. I didn't find the parents of
the wife I was looking for but did find two others as well as a good bit of
information about my families there that wasn't indexed under their names
but under the names of previously unknown siblings or in-laws. It is very
time consuming but well worth the effort.
