My father, who is now 90 and 1/2 years old shaved that way until December of last year. It became too difficult for him, so I gave him an electric razor for Christmas. One morning he complained because the razor wasn't shaving him close. Then I showed him how to charge it and turn it on. He had one for visiting and he had one for working. About the only time I seen my Dad without a hat was when I was standing on a small stool in the bathroom and watching him shave! Some of you will know what I mean and some of you will be totally lost.... But when was the last time you saw some one shave using a bar of shaving soapcream, a cup, a bristle brush and a straight razor? For me this was a Sunday morning ritual. Daddy would shave, and I would watch!!!! Then the kids... meaning me and my sibs would get ushered off to church, while he..... WHILE he went to work on the farm!! It wasn't that he thought church was a bad thing, but only that he had livestock and work that he needed to catch-up on. When EVER we went to visit I always knew that it was special as he would take out his felt-tip (?) shaped hat. If we were just going to round up the cows... It was the billed one. Good memories all!!! Rose **************A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. See yours in just 2 easy steps!
