The first is Marriage and Death Notices from Alexandria, Virginia Newspapers, Volume 1: 1784-1838, and Volume 2, 1838-1852. It is a 2-volume set, cloth binding, comprised of nearly 1,300 pages of data and a comprensive index for notices from 20 different newspapers that were published in Alexandria during the period.
