You can find magazine and newspaper articles, encyclopedias and other reference works, TV and radio transcripts, company information and investment reports, health and wellness information, literary criticism, and homework help, plus photos, charts, maps, diagrams, and illustrations. A Virginia public library card is the only requirement to use these resources. What is Radio Frequency ID (RFID) Technology? How does it work? Who’s using this technology today and how does this impact you? Are we there yet?? Speakers: Carol Adams and Kendra Morgan, The Library of Virginia Carol Adams has been a consultant in the Library of Virginia, Development and Networking Division since 1988. Carol has worked extensively on the Find It Virginia Project. Prior to coming to Virginia, Carol was director of several special libraries in Louisiana. She received a Masters Degree in Library Science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in history from Southeastern Louisiana University. Kendra Morgan is a technology consultant with the Library of Virginia, helping libraries with technology planning, federal and state grant programs, and providing training and support for computer issues. Prior to coming to Virginia she worked as a trainer for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, traveling the country and working in public libraries. She received her Masters Degree in Library Science from the University of Hawaii.
