Subject: House Bill 1791

For those who are unfamiliar with it, below is a link to the Legislative Tracking System which is administered by Legislative Information Services. This link with will take you directly to the page concerned with House Bill 1791 which deals with the Virginia Public Records Act. Each time some activity takes place with the bill it is noted here. Once this bill passes the House it will be sent to the Senate and undergo the same process of committee review that it did in the House of Delegates. Also listed here will be the date and time of the committee meetings.

Because the two bodies have such a short time to deal with so many bills the meetings may be held outside of normal times. Please let me know if you have any questions. Bob
