For those wishing to
comment on House Bill 1791 it is scheduled to go before the above mentioned
committee on 2/1. Originally it was scheduled to start at 7 Am but I just found
out that it is now starting at 6:30 Am. It will be in the 7th floor east
conference room of the General Assembly Building.
