In preparation for a speech made not long ago, I found a most helpful way
to find church archives on the web. I put the denomination I was seeking in
www.google.com. If you use Netscape, put a question mark and Methodist
archives and it will direct you to Google.

In the "Yearbook of American and Canadian Churches 1985," the archives are
listed in the back, and I found Drew Theological Seminary in Madison, NJ,
and the Commission on Archives and History of the United Methodist Church
in Lake Jauluska, NC listed. A further search on the correct locations
might help. They could also be researched in Google.

heard of them. I know they existed because I saw them when I was a kid.
