Herald Courier: For Shelia Steele Hunt, a lifetime of work started with her family’s 1700-era Bible. “As a child I loved family history,” Hunt said. “We had the old family Bible with written pages on it. I was always awed and awe-struck by who that was and where it came from. Who were these people?” Hunt is the Sullivan County, Tenn., Archives and Tourism executive director. She is responsible for preserving county records and making sure that information is accessible to the public. http://www.tricities.com/news/local/article_bd796404-7a2f-11e2-be17-0019bb30f31a.html ______________________________________ To subscribe, change options, or unsubscribe please see the instructions at http://listlva.lib.va.us/archives/va-hist.html
