The Library of Virginia has microfilm of Bureau of Vital Statistics death certificates, 1912-1939, for interlibrary loan or viewing in our library.  Certificate 455-8833 is on our Death Certificates Reel 79.  Contact your local library to initiate an interlibrary loan request.
