[1699] held (I am told) at the Library of VA. I visited the library earlier this year and could not locate this manuscript. Alexander Moore (628 Old Plantation Road, Charleston, SC 29413) has transcribed the manuscript and is working on a paper about it. Having seen his transcript, I can attest that the document offers tremendous insight into trade in a particularly obscure moment.
