David Friedman The Machinery of Freedom Loren E. Lomasky Persons, Rights, and the Moral Community Murray N. Rothbard The Ethics of Liberty John T. Sanders and Jan For and Against the State Narveson All of these carry the libertarian nihil obstat, but Berger, Block, and Sanders and Narveson are collections of essays which cover a variety of points of view.
