I hate very much to do this, but I suggest that we need to call a temporary halt to this repetitious bantering. Questioning the character and motives of people you disagree with is almost always going to lead you into errors, and it does not advance understanding. If you wish to continue criticizing other people, rather than discussing scholarship, please do it in some other venue.
