Good try.  He is nowhere in that picture.  The one on the balcony  is the day 
before MLK was shot.  Jackson was caught up in that lie during  his so-called 
presidential run when he alleged that he was covered in MLK's  blood 
following the shooting and it was shown he was in Chicago.
