Biscuitville is a chain of specialty "fast food" places that make wonderful large fluffy buttermilk biscuits, fresh out of the oven every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. They have most any kind of filling you could ever want on a biscuit, country ham, sausage, bacon, eggs, chicken, steak, pork chops, etc., except no sorghum molasses or red-eye gravy. You can get breakfast meals, club biscuits, muffins, grits, cups of corned beef hash, eggs fried or scrambled, hash brown potatoes, etc.

However, I have not been able to locate a Biscuitville north of the Charlottesville area. They sell "party biscuits" or "silver dollar biscuits" by the dozen, plain or made up with sausage or country ham. I do not make biscuits any more; I buy them from Biscuitville.
