Here is Edwards' website Virginia Traditions - Edwards Hams Smoked Meats
Smoked Ham Smoked Bacon Country Ham Southern Foods and Gourmet Food Gifts Their
hams and biscuits are to die for. Unfortunately they stopped making the
biscuit mixes ;-(((( You can only buy the biscuits premade. I use their
products all the time for our living history events. Another good source in central
VA is Calhoun Country Hams, Virginia Gourmet. They are in Culpeper and give
Edwards' a good run for the money. Their ham biscuits make you levitate!
