Marshall Foundation in Lexington, Virginia is seeking an energetic and skilled hands-on Director of Library & Archives who has ability to work with a variety of constituents, a small staff, and volunteers. The candidate must have at least five years experience in library and archives management, including collection preservation, online migration, maintenance and digitization of collections. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record for planning and completing projects with limited resources and managing in a collaborative culture. Experience in research support and budgeting is important. An MLS degree is preferred.
