On September 24 at the Library of Virginia, Brent Tarter will present The Grandees of Government, an insight of how undemocratic ideologies arose and how they have been perpetuated, or even challenged, throughout American history. His book talk will start at noon in the conference rooms and a book signing is planned to follow.
