The retention statement for Series 010341 (Notes or Recordings of
Boards/Commissions/Conferences/Committees Meetings - nonelectronic
meetings) now includes the option to re-use audio/video tapes and
reporting of destruction on the RM-3 form is not required.

Two new series were added to the schedule: Release Forms - Adults and
Release Forms - Minors. These series should cover release forms,
assumption of risk forms, and waivers signed by those wishing to
participate in activities requiring such. Minors have the right to sue
for injuries received during their juvenile status once they become
adults, therefore those records must be held longer then the adult
releases.
