A new Records Transfer List and Receipt Form (RM-17) is now available
from the Records Management web pages. The new form allows for the
listing of one records series per form in order to allow for a cleaner
transfer history at the LVA.
 
Please update your links or any downloaded versions of the form that you
may have.
