Here in Charlotte County we would love to have all our records on-line. . . and the money to do this is coming from where?  We can't even get the money to rebind 18th and 19th century tax books (the DAR will only give grants for deed books).  The Clerk's office is currently working with LVA to get the Chancery folded files digitized so that's a start.  If anyone has any specific ideas for getting funding (please no generalizations like "get a grant") I'd love to hear them.
