Need parents and locations of John SHINER prior to his arrival in
Winchester, Frederick Co., VA in the late 1700'S or early 1800'S.  John
married Margaret RUTTER on 12 (15) May 1806 in Frederick Co., VA (Margaret
was the daughter of Henry RUTTER and ?).  John and Margaret had several
children:  Elizabeth (?), Katherine (?), William, George, Jacob, Sarah J.,
and Christopher (?).
