Hi Bill,

I would be most interested in finding a list of the various Regiments across
Virginia who fought in the War of 1812 and their locations.  I've four
different Regiments which show the same name of an ancestor, but I don't know which
counties they represented. Is there a list of the counties with their
Regiments?

Also, you noted Botetourt Co. and with one of my ancestors from Botetourt Co.
who fought in the War of 1812, is a notation in this deceasted ancestor's A/E
1815 that a payment was received from Capt. Sherman.
