Va-Roots Subscribers:

Please pay attention to the way that the Va-Roots computer works and
save other subscribers from clogged e-mail inboxes and do not routinely
include all of a previous message in your reply.

Simply hitting the Reply button and commencing your reply will
automatically include everything that is in the message then on your
screen. Don't do that. Include only the portion that is essential to
make your reply useful.

It takes very little effort to reply without automatically including the
previous messages, some of which recently have been quite long.
