I have recently discovered a Quaker line in Pasquotank N.C. which I am
interested in. In talking to my cousin who has written three histories of
my Virginia lines..she mentioned the possibility there had been a Quaker
Meeting House on property belonging to a Mabry or Mayberry antecedentin
Grayson / Carroll County VA and there was an old cemetery with stones
destroyed..but she no longer could remember any more or the exact
location.
I would like to be able to furnish her with the information of the Meeting
House and or cemetery..I do know there has been a book on Carroll Co
history written..her books are no longer with her in the nursing home .
I understand John P Alderman did the land grant -deed studies and located
four Meeting Houses at Mt Pleasant , Hillsville (North End Cemetery),
Ward's Gap and Fruit Hill.

Any information would be helpful,
Marilyn Canfield
