Looking for the family of Frances FORD in Spotsylvania Co., VA (listed on the
1799 list as a tithable and with another tithable Richard FORD) & Fauquier
Co., VA from the 1770s to the 1810s. I believe he has a Son, Richard  FORD,
who was in the PPT (personal property tax) listings for Spotsylvania Co., VA
from 1808 - 1815 and then showed up on the lists in Mason Co., VA. Thank you.
