Dear List: I have a will dated 1802 for George Eubank of Albemarle County,
VA, in which he mentions two orphaned children in his care, Nelson Key and
Sarah Eubank Key. Can I assume that Sarah would be his daughter? Further
in the body of the will he mentions his son-in-law John Eubank and also his
son John Eubank. How do I interpret this?
Thank you in advance for the legal interpretation!
If anyone on the list has researched the surnames Eubank, Strange, Hamner,
Harrison of Albemarle County, I would appreciate your input.
