Greetings,
I need an experienced person to lookup several persons for the years 1885
through 1900 in the Personal Property Tax book at the Library of Virginia.
The area I am interested in is Halifax County, VA.

I called the LVA and was told that there is a book there containing Personal
Property taxes.
The book is very old, and cannot come apart for copying.  Any info from the
book must be hand copied.

I want 12 names looked up for those years (1885 > 1900).
